Surviving networks – in light of the regime change

“We need to maintain an operative position wherever a person of hostile activities works and to establish contact with journalists whom we can use in positive ways, on whom we can count. We also have to take into account the potential for “managing” them. Our goal is to have a network of journalists – possibly at each significant media organisation – whose success will be granted by providing them with adequate information and who are able to publish politically directed articles on topics determined by us… We must survey potential journalists from this aspect.”
