The greatest scandal is death

In memoriam Gyula Hernádi

“I am interested in the basic problems of the human condition: happiness, freedom, death, aggression, and various psychological troubles. The fact that you have to die is the greatest scandal. I think we would need eternity with the right to die and not a finite being with the constraints of death. Death is a form of judgment and its date is decided by decimation, and sooner or later everyone will be the tenth.”
